The Cuddy Approach

Cuddy Group has been successfully preparing sites for redevelopment for nearly 40 years, in the UK and abroad.

Our goals are defined by the way we work: our clients are not just customers, they're partners, and we work together to find the best solution to their challenges.

Cuddy Group's client base consists of both large and small businesses, and we're proud to say that each receives exactly the same level of service from us. That is to say, we work with a client from the very beginning of their consultation process, right through to the point when their project is complete or land is ready to be built upon, and beyond.

Our clients need to build in a way that's sustainable and economical, and that's why we're so often their perfect partner. We are sincere in our commitments not only to our staff and our community, but to the future of the UK's built and natural environments. We hold the following values in equal standing: our customer service; the quality of our work; the motivation and wellbeing of our workforce; health and safety; and the use of sustainable processes and solutions at every step of our projects.

Our responsibility to the highest standards of health and safety – for our own staff, other contractors and the public – has been recognised with accreditation to OHSAS 18001, Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) and Safety Management Advisory Services (SMAS). Our goal is to prepare our clients' land or structures for further development or resale in a way that meets the very highest standards of health and safety, with innovation and cost-effectiveness as our starting points for any project.

Environmental issues are as important to Cuddy Group as they are to our clients. Each site we work on is assessed not only from a technical viewpoint, but also an environmental one, and we are proud to leave each site in excellent environmental health, enabling development go-aheads for our clients.

As market leader in asbestos treatment and removal, Cuddy Environmental is ideally positioned to deal with any structure considered dangerous. Our asbestos management abatement package is unrivalled, as is our technical understanding of safety issues and regulatory compliances.

We are an ARCA member and have also be recognised as Building Services Specialist of the Year at the 2017 Construction News Specialists Awards.
